The Head of Public Relations and Strategy for the Ghana Football Association, Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe has urged the Black Stars players to give out their best in the remaining AFCON qualifiers.

The Black Stars are currently third in Group F with just 2 points after four games and are on the verge of not qualifying if they don’t win even one of the games remaining.

According Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe, the players need to use the pains of Ghanaians as a motivation to put up better performances and get good results in the games against Angola and Niger.

“Ghanaians want to see the Black Stars winning. They want to see the Black Stars fighting otherwise they will be upset. The players need to show they feel the pains of Ghanaians. They use that as motivation to finish the qualifiers on high.” He said.

Ghana will take on Angola on Friday, November 15, followed by a home game against Niger at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, November 18, 2024.
