Bechem United Owner Offers GHC 100,000 Reward for Capture of Pooley’s Murderer
The owner of Bechem United FC, Kingsley Owusu Achiaw, popularly known as Agama has announced a reward of GHC 100,000 for anyone who provides credible information leading to the capture of the confirmed murderer of Yaw Frimpong Pooley.
The tragic death of Pooley has sparked outrage, with many calling for stricter security measures at football matches to prevent such incidents in the future.
In an interview, Owusu Achiaw urged all stakeholders to play their part in ensuring that the suspect is apprehended and justice is served. He called on others to support the efforts in maintaining law and order at football venues across the country.
“Now that the murderer of Pooley is confirmed, all of us should play our role in the hunt for him. We, of Bechem Utd FC, offer a sum of 100,000 GHC to anyone who helps to smoke him out. We entreat others to follow suit to bring sanity to the various stadia,” he stated.
