Aspiring MP for Bongo Charles Bawadua promise to upgrade Bongo Town Park to standard field

Lawyer Charles Bawadua, an aspiring Member of Parliament of the National Democratic Congress ( NDC) for Bongo Constitutency, has promised to upgrade the Bongo Town Park into a standard field capable of hosting top flight football.

According to the former National Labour Commission Executive Secretary when made the 2024 Parliamentary Candidate of NDC in the Bongo Constitutency and eventually winning the Seat to go to Parliament he will make sure the youth of Bongo whom are into sports have a benefiting place to have their sporting activities, therefore upgrading the famous Bongo Town Park which currently host all sporting activities of the Bongo District to standard one.

Lawyer Charles Bawadua, who is the owner of Bongo Beo Samba Stars, a Second Division League competing in the Upper East Region Second Division League made this known during this Campaign Launch at Bongo.

According to him, recreation is important especially for the young ones and it sadden him that Bongo cannot boast of one standardized football field and his tenure as a member of Parliament for the Constituency will see an end to that, as he is determined to reconstruct the Bongo Town Park to a standard field.

Lawyer Bawadua who is contesting for the parliamentary seat of the NDC for the third time believes that he holds the key to winning the primaries and making NDC great again in Bongo.

He added that he is a unifier and will not discriminate against anyone when given the nob as their parliamentary candidate.

The NDC will go to the polls on May 13 to elect their Parliamentary Candidates for the 2024 General Election.
