Asante Kotoko SC long term target Kwame Opoku ‘Bayie’ joins Moroccan club

The Ghana international Kwame Opoku has completed a sensational move to Moroccan Club Olympique Club De Khourigba after a deal was agreed.

He sealed the move on a free transfer, signing a two-and-half year contract after passing mandatory medicals.

Opoku last played for Saudi Arabian side Narjan FC from USM Alger in Algeria.

He completed a move to USM Alger in 2021 on a four-year deal from Ghanaian giant’s Asante Kotoko SC in a deal worth $300,000.

Kwame Opoku earned a call-up to the Black Stars under the tutelage of coach CK Akonnor following his blistering performance for USM Alger.

He previously played for Nkoranza Warriors SC.
