Asante Kotoko can’t win the league, says Takyi Arhin
Astute Ghanaian football administrator, Takyi Arhin says giant’s Asante Kotoko SC doesn’t have the requisite materials from technical perspective to clinch the 2022-23 BetPawa Premier League.
Asante Kotoko SC are defending champions of the top-flight and will be hoping to win it back-to-back. However, their performance have not been impressive having failed to win a game in their last three matches.
Seydou Zerbo’s side have also failed to score a single goal in their last three matches.
Following, their 1-0 defeat to Aduana Stars FC on Sunday Takyi Arhin, General Manager of the club says Asante Kotoko can not defend the title because they do not have a good coach.
“Kotoko can’t win the league title because they don’t have a good coach”
“Kotoko need to prepare for next season because this current team is not good to win the league. They don’t have a good coach looking at their performances of late” Takyi Arhin told OTEC FM.
“Seydou Zerbo needs to learn more and stop the unnecessary talks about officiating” He added
Currently, Kotoko sit 3rd on the log with 28 points with 7 points behind Aduana Stars who sit summit.
They are also out of the MTN FA Cup following a defeat in the round of 16 to Aduana Stars FC.
