Alan Shearer: Arsenal will win Premier league title if they keep big-hitter Partey free from injury
Former Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer strongly believe Thomas Teye Partey is the main man to inspire Arsenal FC to the 2022-23 English Premier league title.
The Ghanaian midfielder has been the backbone of the Gunners especially this season after a difficult period last season. His working rate and performance for Arsenal FC have seen the club sit summit of ongoing campaign in the English Premier League.
However, he is out at the moment due to injury he suffered last week.
Shearer has tipped Thomas Partey to hand the title to the Gunners and must have the medical team work on his return urgently before season gets to a close.
“I know Partey is out injured at the minute. If Arsenal can get him back and have a little bit of luck in between now and the end of the season, keeping their main big-hitters free from injury, I think they will do it. Yeah,” he told BBC.
He has scored two goals in 18 Premier League appearances for the Gunners so far this season.
Currently, at the top of the Premier League table with 54 points from 23 matches, two points ahead of Manchester City, who have 52 points from 24 games.
