Aduana Stars gaffer Paa Kwasi Fabin not impressed with his players despite win over Great Olympics
League leaders, Aduana Stars FC recorded a narrow win over struggling Accra Great Olympics FC on Saturday at the Kwame Kyei Sports complex Park in Premier league week 26 fixture.
Winning with a 1-0 margin, head coach Samuel Paa Kwasi Fabin says he’s not impressed with his players performance on the day.
Second half strike from Frank Owusu was enough to propel them with the much-needed victory to maintain their status on the league table.
Aduana Star’s Paa Kwesi Fabin believes getting three points is the most important thing but generally his lads didn’t impress on the day due to their eagerness.
“I’m not that much impressed. My boys wanted to win at all cost so they were rushing. I kept telling them they should just relax and play their normal game but they were too anxious.”
“We lost so many chances, we could have won more than by just a goal but we will accept the three points.”
Aduana Stars will be engaged in an epic clash next week when they play as guests to holders Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium in GPL week 27.
